The fall rally season is over for me. It was my most successful half-season yet - first I raced to 2nd and 4th place finishes in Racine, garnering me 67 points, then earned an additional 89 points at the Chicago race, with two wins, another second, and another fourth. This leaves me in first place in the standings with 156 points, ahead of Kelly Heisler, (151 points) Kari Hardtke, (149 points) and Abby King (136 points).

I lost in the first round at Akron but had a very fun race week. Three drivers - Amber Allebach, Mark Ostrander, and Morgan Smith - which I raced against this year received trophies in Masters and Masters Rally. Chicago driver Jim Overmeyer (who I used to race) also received a trophy, and District 5 driver Andrew Feldpausch won the All-American Super Stock championship.

The following seven Soap Box Derby drivers which I have raced against have either already ran their last race, or will race for the final time at the World Championships on July 21. It was fun racing with you!

Actually, only six Masters cars from District 5 qualify for the World Rally Championships this year. However, Sam Fehrman declined his spot, so I will still qualify.

The Madison Local race was yesterday. Neither of the Bubba Racing drivers placed. The winners were Caitlin Sitter, Abby King, and Koby Garnhart, in Stock, Super Stock, and Masters, respectively.
